At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse without damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
